The older brother WAS in the FBI data base, but the FBI either failed to inform Boston PD for 3 days, or took 3 days to find him in the FBI data base (I think the evidence points to the former).
Most people who have studied the available evidence believe the whole thing was a hoax.
E.G. The guy in the wheelchair whose legs were supposedly blown off – and they were —
in Afghanistan — would have bled to death and if he hadn’t, he would have left a trail of blood in the street behind him. He didn’t.
This was an inside job, complete with actors and patsies.
