As a defense attorney, I could make some crack about prosecutors often playing fast and loose with the facts, but then that would be stepping into Ms. Grace’s gutter, wouldn’t it? Besides, having ALSO been a prosecutor, I have found that, while there are too many Nancy Graces doing the government’s work, they are still the exception rather than the rule.
