Ann Woolner of Bloomberg.com attended the Fifth Circuit oral argument on the appeal of Jamie Olis’ sentence and files this report. She is optimistic, as I am, that the Fifth Circuit will reverse Olis’ 24 year sentence and remand his case back to U.S. District Judge Sim Lake for resentencing.
