F. Lee Bailey news

fee l. bailey.gif The mercurial F. Lee Bailey, the former high-profile criminal defense attorney who was disbarred in 2002 for allegedly misapplying $6 million in proceeds from the sale of a client's stock, has applied to regain his law license in Massachusetts..

I hate to say this, BUT Bailey got exactly what he deserved by both the Florida Supreme Court and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, disbarment for five years from Florida and disbarment for eight years here in Massachusetts. He was a great defense lawyer, but he became too greedy, and now he is paying the price. I would give F. Lee Bailey about a 20% chance of success in regaining back his law license.

F. LEE BAILEY, SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN DISBARED, FROM FLORIDA, AS FLORIDA IS THE STATE THAT DOES EVERYTHING WRONG. LAW, VOTING, HE WAS AN ASSET TO FLORIDA. HE KNOW WHAT SOMEONE WAS HONEST, AND COULD NOT EFFORT, WHAT SOME LAWYERS WOULD HAVE CHARGED, FOR THE MISTAKES OF THE FBI, AND THE JUDGES, AND OTHER LAWYERS IN FLORIDA.
THEY SHOULD LOOK INTO ALL DETAILS, AND IF WE ARE LUCKY, HE WILL COME BACK TO FLORIDA.
