Report on the 5th Circuit argument in the sad case of Jamie Olis
Ann Woolner of Bloomberg.com attended the Fifth Circuit oral argument on the appeal of Jamie Olis' sentence and files this report. She is optimistic, as I am, that the Fifth Circuit will reverse Olis' 24 year sentence and remand his case back to U.S. District Judge Sim Lake for resentencing.
